Property and compliance checks

  • Add each rental property, then enter the active tenancy and certificate dates you have.
  • Use the dashboard and Tasks page as the priority list. Critical tasks are the first items to clear.
  • Open a property to update documents, dates, and jurisdiction-specific checks.

Documents and evidence

  • Upload certificates and tenancy documents from the property page when they support an active check.
  • Keep filenames clear enough that you can identify the document later.
  • The app stores documents for your own records; it does not replace professional legal review.

Billing and account

  • Free covers one monitored property. Paid plans increase the property limit.
  • Manage subscription changes from Billing after signing in.
  • Delete-account requests are handled from Settings and remove the account data controlled by the app.

Common questions

Can LetClear tell me whether to serve a notice?

No. LetClear is a decision-support tool. Possession workflows prepare facts and evidence for review, but a qualified adviser must confirm eligibility and draft any notice.

Why do I only see checks for my property location?

The app switches the relevant checks by UK jurisdiction so landlords are not shown every England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland task at once.

Where do I report a bug or ask a question?
