Essential storage

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, interface preferences, and remembering your privacy choices.

Authentication forms use Cloudflare Turnstile as an essential security control to identify automated abuse. It processes limited browser, device, network, and challenge-result information. It is not enabled or disabled by your optional analytics choice.

Optional analytics

If you choose Accept analytics, PostHog Cloud EU helps us understand which pages and features are useful and where the service is slow. Signed-in activity uses your Supabase authentication UUID as a persistent pseudonymous identifier. We do not attach names, email addresses, property addresses, tenant data, document contents, form text, or recorded legal facts. PostHog may use the connection IP address to infer an approximate country, region, city, postal area, latitude, longitude, and time zone. We use this to understand regional adoption and product performance. It is not taken from a rental-property address or its recorded jurisdiction.

Heatmaps and interaction signals

Reviewed public and onboarding pages may collect masked heatmap, rage-click, and dead-click signals after analytics consent. Broad frontend autocapture is disabled.

Session replay

Replay requires a separate choice. Text and inputs are masked and sensitive regions are blocked. These controls are tested against real recordings before replay is relied on.

Changing your choice

Accepting and rejecting optional analytics are equally available in the consent notice. You can also change or withdraw optional permissions in Settings at any time. Withdrawing analytics stops replay and future optional collection.
